When we refund automatically
- A migration fails with zero messages transferred due to an issue on our side.
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
When we review manually
Partial migrations, credential errors, or provider quota issues. Open a refund request from your Billing page and we'll respond within 2 business days.
Non-refundable
Completed migrations, and migrations canceled by the user after messages have begun transferring.
